Your bicycles are firmly and securely connected to the bicycle carrier with stable frame holders on the bicycle frame and fixed to the rails with the bicycle stoppers. With a maximum payload of 60kg.

With a maximum payload of 60kg*, the ORIS Tracc not only carries bicycles without any problems, but also pedelecs and e-bikes are safely are reliably stored on it.

Full functionality: The ORIS Tracc can also be folded down when loaded using a hand lever, giving easy access to the boot of your car.

Purchases of this range of products are defined as SPECIAL ORDER PRODUCTS and buyers are asked to make sure that the product meets their needs before placing an order.

Orders are processed manually and no payment is taken until we have confirmed the product is in stock.  If an order is placed and the product is not in stock we will contact you to see if you want to backorder, or if you would like us to refund the order.

Delivery

Delivery is normally made within 2 -3 working days of processing the order.  We do our best to get orders to customers as soon as possible.  However, once shipped we have no control over the delivery process and rely on the couriers to deliver on time.

When you receive your item please check that it is the correct item before opening the packaging.

Change of Mind

If you decide you don’t want the product after receiving it then you can return the item under the following conditions:

  • You (the customer) must email or call us to start the return process. (sales@ultimatetowbars.co.uk  – 0114 3607080.)
  • Return packing and shipping (including insurance) must be paid for and arranged by the customer.
  • The product must be in its original packaging, undamaged, and unused.
  • Refunds will be minus postage costs and in some cases a restocking fee.
