Excellent throughout . I found Ultimate Towbars from an internet search - put in a query on a Saturday morning using their online form - got a response within hours and the follow up communication to arrange what I wanted was polite, informative and prompt. The quotation was very competitive with others. They turned up when they said, fitted the towbar and electrics with a high standard of workmanship - and they took an hour less to do the fitting than they originally scheduled. Overall, I would strongly recommend.

Excellent service. Fitters arrived promptly, were polite, professional and quick. When my car electrics started showing fault they came back very quickly and spent as long as necessary to resolve the problem while remaining very polite and professional. Would not hesitate to recommend.
