Technical & Business Consultant

James brings over 19 years of experience in the tow bar industry. He began his career as a trainee technician with PCT Automotive before progressing to become UK Technical & Operations Director for Erich Jaeger, a globally leading wiring harness manufacturer and supplier.

Widely recognised across the industry for his expertise and in-depth technical knowledge, James is regarded as a trusted authority in tow bar installation and vehicle electrics. He holds an Honours Degree in Business Management and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI).

As the Technical Expert at Ultimate Towbars, James ensures the highest standards of workmanship, compliance, and technical excellence.

Michael 'ADE' ward, BA (Hons)

 Company Director

Ade brings a wealth of experience across technical and customer care industries. A BA (Hons) graduate of Sheffield Hallam University, he also holds professional technical qualifications in computer fault diagnostics and network resolution.

In recent years, Ade has worked extensively within the tow bar industry, playing a key role across both senior administrative and technical functions of the business. His broad skill set ensures a seamless link between customer service, operations, and technical delivery.

Sales Director

Devon joined Ultimate Towbars in 2022 to support the continued growth of the business and serves as the primary point of contact for customers. A Law graduate, she brings a wealth of experience in customer relations and accounts management.

Currently studying towards an Honours Degree in Business Management, Devon is the go-to contact for customers looking to have a tow bar fitted to their vehicle. She is also the main point of contact for businesses requiring fleet tow bar installations.
