Returns & Cancellations Policy

At Ultimate Towbars, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We understand that sometimes plans change, so here’s everything you need to know about cancelling or returning an order.


Cancelling an Order

  • If you change your mind before your order has been shipped, simply contact us via our contact page and we’ll cancel it for you.

  • A refund will be processed once cancellation has been confirmed.


Returning Goods

  • If your order has already been shipped, you can still return it to us, provided the items are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Returned items must reach us within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Once we receive and inspect the goods, we will issue your refund within 3 working days.


Conditions for Returns

We’re happy to accept returns if:

  • You ordered the wrong product.

  • We supplied the wrong product.

  • The product is faulty or damaged on arrival.

Before returning an item, please contact us first so we know to expect your parcel.

All items must be returned in the same, unused condition in which they were supplied, complete with all original packaging.

We are unable to refund shipping costs.


Exclusions – When We Cannot Accept Returns

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds if:

  • The item has been used, installed, or fitted (even attempted fitting).

  • The item has been damaged after delivery.

  • The product is returned in an unsaleable condition.

  • The product is Made to Order (including all special-order towbars).

  • The 30-day return period has passed and the goods were not reported as faulty on receipt.

If an item is returned to us used or not in a resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the refund and return the goods back to you.


Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If your return is due to a fault or an error on our part, we’ll arrange collection of the item and send you a replacement at no additional cost.


Your Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
