Delivery, Terms and Conditions

 Ordering.

Please ensure you order the correct part for your vehicle before committing to buy.  If you are unsure please email sales@ultimatetowbars.co.uk or call us on 0114 360 7080.

Orders are processed manually and no payment is taken until we process the order.  If an order is placed and the product is not in stock we will contact you to see if you want to backorder or if you would like us to refund.

Delivery

Delivery is normally made within 2 -3 working days of processing the order.  We do our best to get orders to customers as soon as possible.  However, once shipped we have no control over the delivery process and rely on the couriers to deliver on time.

You will receive an email with the tracking information once the courier has collected the product.

When you receive your item, please check it is the item that you have ordered before opening the packaging.

Delivery Areas

Standard delivery areas include all of Mainland England and Wales.  Please get in touch with us for delivery outside of this area before placing your order.

 

Returns and Refunds

Under the Sale of Goods regulations, you have 14 days to decide if you do not want the product after receiving it.  You can return the item under the following conditions:

  • You must email or call us to start the return process. (orders@ultimatetowbars.co.uk – 0114 3607080.)
  • Return packing and shipping must be paid for by the customer.
  • The product must be in its original sealed packaging, undamaged, and unused.
  • Refunds will be minus postage costs and in some cases a restocking fee (Tow bar returns are subject to a £30 administration charge for restocking.)

 

Faulty Goods Act

In the unlikely event that the product is faulty, please take photographs of the fault and contact us by emailing orders@ultimatetowbars.co.uk  (Once the fault has been confirmed we will organise the exchange of the item.)

Refunds

Refunds are made when we, or the manufacturer, receive the product in the original packaging unopened and unused. (We are unable to accept returns for open packaging or used items.)

The refund will be made to the original payment account.

Any refund payable will be the full amount less shipping and any administration fee as set out in the Returns and Refunds conditions.

Contract Information

Any contract between Ultimate Towbar Systems Limited  and its customers will be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
