These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through our website, www.ultimatetowbars.co.uk, and at our physical store(s). By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
1. Our products and prices
We aim to ensure product descriptions, images, availability, and prices are accurate. However, occasional errors may occur. We may correct errors, update information, or cancel affected orders where necessary.
All prices are shown in sterling and include/exclude applicable taxes as stated at checkout or in store. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown before you complete an online order.
2. Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy goods from us. We accept your order when we send an order confirmation or dispatch notification, or when you complete payment for an in-store purchase.
We accept the payment methods displayed online or available at the till. Payment must be authorised before an online order is processed. We may decline or cancel an order where payment is not authorised, stock is unavailable, pricing is incorrect, or we reasonably suspect fraud.
3. Online delivery and collection
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed unless we expressly agree otherwise. Delivery may be delayed by events outside our reasonable control.
If you select click and collect, you will be notified when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation and, where requested, valid identification. Orders not collected within 14 days may be cancelled and refunded, subject to any reasonable costs we have disclosed.
Risk in goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you provide or collected by you or your nominated person.
4. Returns and refunds
For online purchases, you may have a legal right to cancel within a specified period, depending on your location and the type of goods purchased.
To request a return or refund, contact us at sales@ultimtetowbars.co.uk or visit our store with proof of purchase. Returned goods should be unused, in their original condition, and include original packaging where reasonably possible.

If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us promptly. We will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.
5. In-store purchases
Please check your items before leaving the store. We may offer exchanges or refunds for change-of-mind purchases at our discretion, provided goods are returned within 14 days with proof of purchase and in resaleable condition. This does not limit any legal rights you may have for faulty or misdescribed goods.

We may withdraw, amend, or refuse promotions where there has been misuse, an error, or circumstances outside our control.
